The foundation slab rests over a two-inch minimum lean concrete mud slab lined with Preprufe 300R membrane. An Adcor ES waterstop is cast into the joint between the slab and the cast-in-place concrete wall. A one-inch liquid membrane fillet transitions the internal corner, reinforced with a Procor sixty-mil corner treatment. The exterior wall is covered with a ninety-mil Procor membrane, protected by a one-inch expanded polystyrene protection board beneath compacted backfill. Preprufe tape secures the membrane overlap with a six-inch minimum lap.
